THE WESTERN-NORTH REGIONAL MINISTER, DCE AND OTHERS VISIT 2025 BECE CANDIDATES
The District Chief Executive (DCE) of Bodi, Hon. Stephen Baidoo, accompanied by the District Coordinating Director (DCD), Mr. Charles Christian Lartey, the District Police Commander, COP Tamate Richard, and the District Director of Education, Mrs. Vida Ansah, paid an inspiring visit to Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) candidates across various schools in the district.
The visit aimed to encourage final-year Junior High School students as they undertook the BECE, an important milestone in their academic journey. The delegation engaged with the candidates, offering words of encouragement and reaffirming the district's commitment to supporting their academic success.
Hon. Stephen Baidoo urged the students to remain focused and confident, stressing the value of hard work and discipline. He reminded them that education is the key to unlocking their full potential.
"The BECE is a stepping stone to greater opportunities. I urge all candidates to take their studies seriously, avoid exam malpractice, and believe in their abilities. The Bodi District Assembly is committed to providing the necessary support to ensure your success," he stated.
There was a follow-up visit by the Western North Regional Minister, Hon. Wilbert Petty Brentum, accompanied by the Regional Coordinating Director, Mr. Sulemana Ali, and the Regional Education Director. During his brief goodwill message to the candidates, the Hon. Regional Minister encouraged them to work hard and strive for excellence in their examinations. He advised the students to uphold discipline and avoid any form of examination malpractice, cautioning that such acts could result in serious penalties.
He further assured the candidates of his continued support as they transition to the next phase of their academic journey. “Don’t give out your books yet, you are not done with your education,” he stated, inspiring them to remain focused and committed to their future goals.
